Cancellation:
Als The terms and conditions of the International Hotel Regulations apply to cancellations(Österreichischen Hotelvertragsbedingungen)!. The daily rate of the booked category (on late arrival or early departure) minus the evening meal is charged as the fee for the empty bed.

Cancellation insurance:
Cancellation costs are covered by a cancellation insurance in the cases of illness, etc. For more information please contact your insurance agent or your bank. (Cancellation insurance)

Overnight/breakfast:
A price reduction of Euro 10,00 per person and per day is applicable for stays including only overnight and breakfast.

Single booking:
If you book the double rooms “Hochsölden”, junior suites or suites “Ofen” for singles use we charge the room price plus 50 %.
Standard double room for single use Euro 26,- per day.

Arrival:
The rooms are available starting at 2pm. Should you arrive later than 8pm, please inform us either by telephone or by fax. On the day of departure, please vacate the room before 11am.

Pets:
pets are permitted (extra charge: € 12 per day not including pet food). Please note that pets are not permitted in the dining and wellness areas.
